Because we reserve time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A debit/credit card MUST be placed on file to book appointments.
A non refundable deposit amount of 100.00 will be required for ALL permanent makeup and tattoo removal lightening or corrective services/procedures bookings.
A $100.00 service fee will be charged to your account for cancellation & rescheduling within less than 48 hours to your appointment time. **If you’re habitually late to your scheduled appointments, We reserve the right to charge an additional 50.00 late fee.
Touch up appointments made 10 calendar months after your first original appointment will be charged the full amount of initial service. **Aftercare kits and complete aftercare instruction given at the time of your procedure.
** If you have had previous PMU work done a picture must be sent by you to our email before any new work can be agreed upon. Because everyone’s skin and medical situations are different, results my vary and are not guaranteed. Touch ups are sometimes needed due to varying skin types : Charges for additional touch ups are as follows: (from most recent appt)
1- 6 months 295.00, 6-9 months 395.00, and 10 months + are FULL SET PRICE. **We calculate to the by the month and not to the exact day.
Shaping, adding, and color changes are an extra charge and will be determined by the artist.
